How We Use Laravel

Laravel is our go-to framework for developing full-stack web applications. Its elegant syntax and comprehensive feature set allow us to quickly build and deploy robust solutions that meet our clients’ complex requirements. On top of this, Adapt are experts with Filament, which acts as an accelerated Laravel framework.

Case Study: Streamlining quotation processes

For one of our clients, 3V, we developed a web application tailored to streamline and enhance the robustness of their scheduling process. We utilised the power of PHP within the Laravel framework to create a sophisticated tool that allowed for the efficient and reliable generation of various PDF documents from data entered into the system for each project. This allowed us to transform the client’s sales efficiency with a bespoke, streamlined web application.

How We Use React

React is our preferred choice for building interactive and responsive user interfaces. Its component-based architecture allows us to create reusable UI components, which speeds up development and ensures consistency across the application. React’s virtual DOM efficiently updates the user interface, providing a smooth and fast user experience.

Case Study: Advancing tech capabilities for sustained growth

For a healthcare client, PsychiatryUK we enhanced their central operational application using React (via NextJS). Developing their existing application was key for managing the client’s extensive stakeholder database of patients, clinicians, administration, and finance. React's ability to handle dynamic data and render changes instantly allowed us to create a highly responsive interface that enhanced longevity and reliability. 

The Adapt team also connected PsychiatryUK to SPINE, the primary API for retrieving patient data via the NHS, and more recently to the NHS's e-referrals platform. Both of these enable PsychiatryUK to enhance their client journey, allowing for access, triage and acceptance or rejection of referrals that have been created by GP's around the country, significantly increasing their bandwidth to onboard more patients.
