What is one important skill that you think everyone should have?

I think that everyone should learn how to cook to a basic level and understand the importance of nutrient foods vs easy foods.

What is one of your greatest achievements?

Becoming a father, marrying my wife, speaking publicly at a conference. All achievements I am proud of.

What’s your biggest fear? What’s the biggest fear you’ve ever faced?

I don’t really have many fears. I have always been a bit of an adrenaline junky however and whilst in Turkey I jumped off of a ‘pirate ship’ top floor into the ocean despite being terrible at swimming. I would likely not do it again!

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Easy, a roast chicken dinner.

What is something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t done yet?

I would really love to visit Canada with my family. Specifically Vancouver.

How would your friends or those closest to you, describe you?

I think they would describe me as someone who is funny, loyal, honest and opinionated.

Finally, what are you most excited about with your new role at Adapt?

Getting to work on a project that affects the majority of the population but has only really just been brought to the attention of the said population.
