Emily Joins Adapt: Balancing Sea Life, Sports, and Strategic Success 🏄‍♀️⚽️📈

We’re excited to introduce Emily, the newest addition to the Adapt team! With a love for the sea, staying active, and a knack for delivering impactful results, Emily brings both passion and expertise to her role. Her background in helping start-ups, scale-ups, and agencies streamline their processes through smart project management tools is impressive. But what truly sets Emily apart is her energy—whether she’s out paddle boarding after a long day or swimming with sharks (a bucket list dream!), she’s always looking for her next challenge. Q: What’s one thing on your bucket list you’re determined to accomplish?
A: I love the sea. To see more sea life and maybe swim with sharks.

Q: What’s your favourite way to unwind after a long day?
A: Cup of tea, or a good book, or paddle boarding in the sun. 

Q: What’s the most memorable project you’ve ever worked on and why?
A: I thoroughly enjoy helping start-ups, scale-ups and agencies, embed the right project management tools, processes and procedures. The most memorable projects are the ones that deliver real measurable results and create a positive impact

Q: What’s your favourite way to celebrate achievements, big or small?
A: A nice meal and maybe a glass of wine. 

Q: What’s something that most people don’t know about you?
A: I thoroughly enjoy challenging myself and staying active! Whether that's running, cycling, swimming, padel ball, or golf. I enjoy playing most sports. 

Q: What’s your favourite app or piece of tech that you can’t live without?
A: My calendar, a plan and a to-do list. I’d also have to say my Apple watch too. 

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be & why?
A: Pizza cooked in a clay oven, with pineapple. Sorry pineapple haters   

Q: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A: “Clarity is kindness” 

Q: How would your friends or those closest to you, describe you?
A:   They would probably say competitive, fun and organised. I also hope they would say kind too.

A: The team, the clients and Adapt’s growth!
